You can check the estimated time of delivery (ETD) via the app:
1. Go to the main menu ≡ on the app home screen.
2. Select “My Orders” to view the active order.
If the ETD is not shown, or the Pilot is significantly delayed, you can contact our Customer Care Team (800-MYCAFU) for an update.
Tip: Make sure to turn on notification from the app to get live delivery status updates.
